Abstract

Because organizations need to survive, grow and develop, the training and development of employees is the foundation of the organization in this competitive era. Therefore, training and development have become strategic issues. The performance appraisal is a tool for assessing the individual employees’ reaction to the working environment and his response to the skills up gradation. It is imperative to evaluate the effect of the trainings for skill up gradation.
