15th August 1947 was an ending age of colonization in India. After independence, India emerged in a new era with its own original culture. The founder of the Indian constitution made representative democracy under a liberal structure. During the formation of the Indian governing system, there was a debate on two questions, 1. How does exist an empowered executive assembly under the democratic constitution structure? 2. Which type of constitutional structure would be suitable for the current Indian circumstances?
