Abstract

The present research study is intended to focus on sustainable development of rural habitats specially to improve the quality of life of poor and its process. Sustainable rural development programmes intend to reduce the poverty and unemployment, to improve the health and educational status and to fulfil the basic needs such as food, shelter and clothing of rural population. It not only constitutes the development of rural regions but also aim at improving the well being and quality of life of rural poor habitats. It is clear that sustainable development programme is meant for improving the life condition of people in rural settings. Statistical measure like mean, bar diagram and pie diagram will be used with the help of Microsoft excel software to analyse required calculation to show comparison of expenditure pattern with programme implemented. Implementation of government schemes will no doubt become a strong support for development rural habitats.
