Abstract

Marketing is a process in which a marketer does many jobs related to product such as pricing, promoting and distributing of specific goods and services leading to desired exchange with rural and urban customers to satisfy their needs and wants. While promoting the product the marketer has to face many challenges in rural and urban market. Promotion is the tool of four Ps of marketing mix. Promotion is a tool by which marketer can communicate with customers about their product and its related offerings (Rowley, 1998).
