INTEGRATED TALENT MANAGEMENT: CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

Abstract

This paper focus on integrated talent management (ITM). The aim is to provide a conceptual framework on ITM. It helps organizations make better, faster, data-driven decision across the workforce. Translating critical business strategies into enterprise talent investment decisions and execution is possible with ITM. No “piece of the personnel puzzle” operates on its own. Quite to the contrary, it will be better positioned than ever to fit every piece together, creating a singular picture of talent management excellence. It lists out the stages of ITM they are reactive, programmatic, comprehensive, aligned, and strategic. The top 5 steps are mentioned as follows philosophy of talent management, talent management processes, integrated talent management information system, governance structure, and talent management metrics. Workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance/engagement, succession planning learning and development are the areas can be enhanced by ITM.
