The workers participation in management has become a part of policy matter for the management .The workers of modern era can no longer be considered a cog in the machine. At the same time mounting interest from different researchers, academicians and human resource practitioners, workers’ participation in management has become equally significant for management and the workers. Management understands that workers participation is imperative for an enterprise and it brings common understanding, higher productivity, industrial harmony, and finally helps satisfying and motivating workers in the interest of the organization. Workers more happily follow decisions they have made themselves, having known better what is expected of them. Through this research paper an attempt has been made to analyse the workers satisfaction from their participation in management in sugar mills of Haryana. The result shows that satisfaction from workers participation is very high when workers get good cooperation from supervisors, their suggestions are followed up by supervisors and they have a trust that strikes are no good.
