Abstract

Human Resource is one of the most important element of everyorganization to achieve their goals and targets. Human Resources Department plays a very significant role in the construction of ecstatic and healthy working conditions. Hotel industry also has a major impact of Human Resources, which empowers the management to consider employees as an asset. The hospitality industry often needs to deal with employee related issues, and those working in human resources are there with the responsibility of fixing them.
