Abstract
This article discusses in detail the about the ICT techniques and its meaning, definitions and use inUniversity library and has been discussed. The author have given in details various factors about the use of ICT and its benefits inUniversity Library.In the knowledge societyuniversity library are not untouched with ICT. ICT promotes faster information through Internet, Intranet and networking that is highly demanded in University Library. The reader information need have been changed, so it become necessary to implement the ICT based University Library.
