Abstract
The present study has made an effort to investigate the school environment of primary school teachers with socio-demographic variables. A representative sample of 400 (200 male and 200 female) teachers from urban and rural, government and private primary schools of four districts in Haryana was randomly selected. School Environment Inventory developed by the investigator (2017) was used to assess school environment of primary school teachers. The study revealed that significant difference was not found in school environment of male and female primary school teachers. Similar results were found out for urban teachers and rural teachers. Significant difference was found in school environment of government and private primary school teachers.
