Abstract
The establishment of World Trade Organisation and a shift in focus from inward to outward economies with reference to International trade has been matter of discussion for several decades. With rapid transformation in technology and discovery of oil, global trade reached altogether a new level. Various international bodies such as UN, World Bank, IMF and others also played an important role in developing and promoting international trade not only among developed nations but were instrumental in integrating third world countries with the rest of the world. The current world trade which is in trillions of US Dollars has impacted every country and every society in one way or the other.
