Abstract

Defense personnel’s (Police, Military etc) are of most honors in our country they not only fight for the country but fight to save lives of thousands and millions. Health of these personnel’s is extremely important the level of stress they face might hamper their work and state of being. This study aimed to explore perceived stress and Quality of Life among police personnel living with and without family. The study aimed to find supporting factor as a essential indicator of one’s well-being. Thus, the study aimed to compare the group of police personnel’s staying with family and without family.
