Abstract
This paper reads the principal conversations between Rama and Hanuman in the Valmiki Ramayana, from their first meeting at Rishyamuka in the Kishkindha Kanda to Hanuman's decision in the Uttara Kanda to remain on earth for as long as the story of Rama is told.
