Abstract

: The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the need for accessible, non-pharmacological practices to support respiratory efficiency and immune resilience. Yoga, comprising cleansing techniques, Asana, Pranayama and, relaxation, has been associated with improved pulmonary function and strengthened immune response.
