Abstract
This study explores the experiences, challenges, and strategies employed by women in commerce, focusing on their journey in corporate and entrepreneurial spaces. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, the research collected data through personal narratives, case studies, structured interviews, and observations from 100 women in New Delhi.
