Abstract
This study investigated the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout. A total number of 170 participants recruited for the study and the data was collected using the Maslach burnout inventory by Maslach and Jackson and the job satisfaction questionnaire by Seema Sanghi. The data was analysed using descriptive statistics and correlation.
