STUDY ON FRUSTRATION TOLERANCE AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF MARITAL ADJUSTMENT OF FEMALE TEACHERS OF CHHATTISGARH

Abstract

Given the immense importance of marital adjustment in the female life, this research was conducted in order to investigate the relationships between marital adjustment and frustration tolerance and emotional intelligence in female teachers. The design of the current study was. Three hundred were selected stratified randomly among all female teachers living in the Chhattisgarh. The sample responded to the Marital Adjustment through Marital Adjustment (Kumar and Rohatgi, 1985), frustration tolerance (Ray, 1988). and emotional intelligence (Mishra, 2000). Collected data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA. The results showed that all that the frustration tolerance and emotional intelligence is able to generate significant variance upon the martial adjustment of the female teachers of Chhattisgarh.
