COMMITMENT BY EMPLOYEES TO ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESS

Abstract

Employee participation plays a significant part in the success development of the organization. Most companies want their efficiency improved. Employee commitment would improve the organisation's efficiency with the employee. Increases in interaction behaviour may result in job satisfaction, productivity and work participation. The data was obtained by 100 workers in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India employed in the machine tools manufacturing sector. In primary data collection, the consisting of objects in Questionnaire was adapted from previous researches. The test for associations was performed by SPSS. Through this paper it was observed that the engagement of workers through organizational success has a positive connection. Employee commitment has linked favorably to employee satisfaction, productivity and work participation. To raise the dedication of the employee to high-level success the company has to offer more priority.
