Abstract

In this era, Talented and loyal Employees is an imperative asset of Global organizations. To attract and retain the right talent is vigorous task for each and every organisation. Earlier, Organisations were only promoting themselves in front of customers but with the increasing war of talent, organisations have started gaining reputation in the eyes of employees and potential applicants as Great Employer to work with. The research has been undertaken to understand the impact of organisational practices to attract and retain on Employer Branding.424 participants (424 employees of Pharmaceutical Industry in Gujarat) have been taken as sample of the study. The data is collected with the help of structured questionnaire and is analysed using Smart PLS(Partial Least Square).
