OCCUPATIONAL STRESS OF TEACHER EDUCATORS WITH RESPECT TO GENDER

Abstract

This paper is related to occupational stress of teacher educators with respect to gender. The objectives of the study was to revealed out the occupational stress of male and female teacher educators teaching in the colleges of education affiliated with Panjab University, Chandigarh and Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. The results showed that female teacher educators are facing more occupational stress than male teacher educators.
