Quality Work Life is viewed as a major resource for any Human Resource Department as it deals with the emotional quotient of the employees. Only if the workforce is satisfied with the environment they can work with their fullest potential which will be a proven success for the organisation. To proceed with the study the researcher took structured questionnaire which was under various parameters such as working environment, safety measure, wage policy, promotion policy, employee relation and like. Employee satisfaction and quality of work life directly has an impact on organisation’s capacity. Productive measures towards implementation of Quality Work Life will help in well-organized and effectual allocation of resources to enhance productivity and stability of the workforce. The simple percentage size taken for the study was 100 with simple random sampling techniques to describe the study under descriptive research design. Analysis portrayed that quality of work in the healthcare sector is satisfied. It can be improved by accomplishing the needs of employees in order to engage and retain them and achieve their organizational goal.
