ACADEMIC APPROACHES IN THE B-SCHOOLS OF INDIA: THE COMMON PRACTICES AND DESIRED CHANGES A STUDY OF SELECT B-SCHOOLS IN THE STATE OF KARNATAKA

Abstract

This paper aims at discussing common academic approaches in B-schools of India with a special reference to the state of Karnataka. The paper also focuses on studying the desired changes that are required to bring more sustainability in the management education in this regard. An empirical study has been conducted in selected B-schools in the state of Karnataka with the objective of understanding academic approaches of Indian B-schools.
