Abstract

Communication and management are very important elements for success. Communication is a vital element that a company can implement for the formation of teams and achieving valuable performance. Management skills are necessary in a business, but all similarly important are those relating to the rules for the communication and the way in which a manager knows how to work together with his staff. Being manager not only means to lead in business, but mostly means knowing to handle a team, leadership skills and most of all, communicate.
