Abstract

India is a rapidly developing country that is transitioning from agriculture to manufacture, construction, and the core sectors of trade, transportation, and banking. After China, India has the world's second-largest workforce. Over 65 percent of India's enormous population is under 35 years old, those are professionals is continuously expanding. India has the advantage of having a productive workforce in comparison to the rest of the world. Increasing population was once viewed as a disadvantage, but it is now viewed as a strength of the country. Skilled workers can more quickly integrate into the economy, improving efficiency and flexibility.
