The present piece of research work is part of Ph.D. thesis titled as “Biomechanical Profile of Surya Namaskar”. This research work was started with the aim of finding out relationship between angles at different body joints and height of center of gravity while performing Surya Namaskar. To achieve the aim of the study the researcher selected 60 subjects (30 male + 30 female) from KVS no.1 Gwalior, subject’s age ranged from 12-14 years. The data collection for the study was completed in Sports Biomechanics Laboratory of L.N.I.P.E. Gwalior. Data were collected using Nikon D100 camera and analyzed using Kinovea 9.4 version 2D motion analysis software.
