Abstract

In the tertiary sector, the HR creates all the difference between market leader and others, similar is the case with hotel industry as it is service driven and here, employees and their capability to deal with customers creates satisfied customers. To obtain edge, the Human Resource Management at hotels should create a culture of ongoing development, high functioning and organization wide commitment, so that best in class services can be provided to the customers and the employees can be satisfied at the same time.
