Abstract

The Research Paper explains the performance of NPAs in Banking Sector. It is a comparative study between Private Sector and Public Sector Banks. It gives a glance on composition of GPAs and NPAs and its effect on efficiency and ROA of banks. The study reveals that the growth rate of increase in GPAs and NPAs in Private Sector banks is less than that of Public Sector Banks.
