Abstract

Work-life balance is the balance between work life and personal activity which are important in one's life. Work-life balance gives a positive impact on the employees' performance and this will leads to increased productivity. Work-life balance allows employees to have greater flexibility at their work and also balances the personal life of an employee. The study recommends that the performance of the employee depends on how balanced their life is, the less stress and burden more the performance.
