Abstract

When the lockdown is declared in phased manner it affected economy and impacted all globally. Some employers have been asked to stop reporting to work in fear of COVID-19; others are expected to continue work. When they were not been able to report to work it is treated as forced holidays leading to curtailment of payment or dismissal from the job. As in unorganized sector their social security and protection is on threat. In fear of termination, they continued their work. They are also unable to access the larger social network.
