Abstract

The online market has now become a reality for consumers as well as for businessmen when everything is available online without visiting the relevant store. Whether a person need to travel, make purchases or make payments, every transaction can be done without parties ever knowing each other or being face to face. The digital element of the online market is getting crucial for both traders and consumers. Consumers are now more inclined to purchase online and sellers are also increasing their presence online due to growth in online buyers. Consumers and traders both should feel secure in transacting online so it is indispensable to remove the existing barriers and to increase consumer confidence. Availability of easy and low-cost online dispute resolution system can increase consumers and traders confidence in the digital Market.
