Abstract

Women and girls represent half of the world’s population, if this group of population are given the opportunities of the skill development and technical sector , then they can be helpful to create user friendly technology at all level that can fulfil today’s need. Tecnovation is such programme that offers women and girls a gate way into the world of prospect. Universities and non-profits all-inclusive NGOs are working timelessly to promote women in STEM careers. This paper asserts that each of us have to play a role in closing the gender segregation, The most important need of the hour is to change in social attitude for women.
