Abstract
It is a well-known fact that today we are living in arena of digital world where digitalization is the outcome of several innovations and technological advancement. The “Digital India” programme is a dream project of honorable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi which aims to revolutionize the nation into a globally connected hub. The main intent of the initiative is to make India an accredited digital economy and federation. The basic objective of this research is to identify the future trends and challenges faced by different sectors of the country regarding the implementation of the programme “digital India”. To fulfill the above said objective secondary data has been used, that is collected from various magazines, journals, newspapers; internet and research papers for the research purpose.
